Product

Our
Australian and New Zealand lamb are products of
clean
environments. Lambs graze on lush pastures and
feed on
clover, rye and other grasses.
Because lamb is so tender and moist, it needs no fat for cooking and
nearly
half of the fat in lamb is mono-unsaturated; the same type of fatty
acids found in olive oil and many nuts.

Australian and New Zealand Meat Packaging Plants
are
regulated by their own governments and are
certified
by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA)
We receive fresh and frozen shipments each week from processing and
