Baked Tilapia With grilled vegetables

INGREDIENTS
• Cut one red onion into thick slices
• Cut one green pepper in large chunks/slices
• Cut up one handful of cilantro leaves (chop)

BAKING
• Wash tilapia under running water
• Sprinkle seasoned salt, pepper (red or black), paprika and a bit of salt tenderizer
• Put tilapia on baking glass. Cover glass with aluminum foil or just use the baking dish
• Turn oven to 450°F


• Bake fish covered in aluminum foil to contain moisture. This moisture cooks tilapia internally and locks in flavor.

• Cook the above ingredients in olive oil in a pan or cooking pot. Always cover content with mixture is cooked. Add royco cubes or royco powder and fish masala to cooking content and Sautee while stirring slowly.
• Let stand to simmer after about 10 minutes of sauteering. Meanwhile the whole fish is baking.
• After fish is baked for 15 minutes on either side; pour the mixture ingredients contents from the pot/pan on to the fish.
• Let cook in oven for about 20 minutes in low heat of about 350°F.
• Serve when ready. Total cooking time is between 35-40 minutes.
