How is my Order Shipped through UPS?
Products on our online store including Paddy’s Farmers Choice Gourmet Sausages are shipped throughout the United States, and we also do free home delivery to our customers within 50 mile radius of Delaware. Orders or frozen foods will be shipped with other combined orders originating from one person but in separate packs.
We pack our sausages and meats in special frozen food molded foam shipping containers, with thick outer corrugated box to ensure you receive your order in excellent condition. We use plenty of dry ice and re-usable gel ice packs in the Insulated Styrofoam Coolers. Dry ice keeps everything in the shipping box frozen for at least 24 hours. A combination of dry ice and “gel packs” or “blue ice” will extend the shipping time by several days.

Dry ice sublimes into carbon monoxide a natural gas in our environment, instead of liquid unlike natural ice which is messy. Dry ice sublimes 10% every 24 hours and so is perfect for across the country shipping.

Dry products such as spices, tea, coffee, beans are shipped in separate packaging but arrive at the same time if ordered together.

A.E.S. Foods only ships Monday through Wednesday. You can still order Thursday – Sunday but your order will be shipped the following Monday morning.
We recommend someone be at the shipping address to receive the package. A signature is required upon receipt of the package so kindly MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. A.E.S. Foods will not be held responsible if package is left outside, unfreezes or faces other elements which may damage PERISHABLE items.
All claims of damage or such must be made on the same day of delivery by calling 302 420 8377. No claims will be honored if not made on the same day of delivery.
We are unable to deliver packages to P. O. Boxes, FPO’s or APO’s. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii vary, call us for details. A.E.S. Foods will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided to us or for partial address remittance. Check and re-confirm your address during check out.

How to track your order
You will receive a UPS tracking number once your order is received, packed and shipped. This will be emailed to the email address provided to us during your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, for any reason, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. When appropriate we will replace your purchase or refund your money; whichever is applicable.

FAQ's
1. Can I have UPS leave my package if I won’t be home?
Yes, when you order, fill in special instructions section such as “Leave on front porch/door”. You can also make arrangements with your home neighbour or rental apartment office to sign the package for you. We pack our meats/sausages with enough dry ice to withstand unexpected extreme heat; about 48hr extreme hot weather conditions.
Note: All meats/sausages should be refrigerated or frozen right away. We cannot be responsible if package is left out longer and thaws out to below required temperatures.
2. Is the meat/sausage good if it arrives thawed?
As long as the product is cool to touch it should be fine. If it is warm to touch please contact us right away.
