Products available in our online store, including Paddy’s Farmers Choice Sausages, are shipped throughout the United States via UPS, delivering directly to your doorstep.
Please note that orders containing frozen foods will be shipped together with other items from the same order but will be packaged separately.
Packaging Information for Perishable Items
Perishable items require special packaging to ensure their freshness upon arrival.
We take great care in packaging our sausages using sufficient cold ice gel packs within specially designed coolers, reinforced with an outer carton.
This meticulous attention to detail does add to the weight of the package but is essential to guarantee the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding!

A.E.S. Foods ships orders from Monday through Friday.
Perishable items sent Via UPS Ground to the West Coast, Mid West and North States such as Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Missouri, Oregon, Utah, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota Nebraska and Wyoming are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, with expected delivery on Thursday and Friday, respectively which is a 3 day transit time.
Orders to Some midwestern and Southern states such as Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee and West Virginia, are shipped Monday through Wednesday, ensuring a 2-day transit time.
Nearby states, including the District of Columbia, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Vermont, typically have a 1-day transit time. As a result, orders shipped to these states usually qualify for next-day delivery via UPS Ground.
NON Perishable items are shipped throughout the week, from Monday to Friday, transit time varies by distance or zip code.
You are welcome to place orders any day of the week, from Monday to Sunday. However, orders received over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning.
UPS will deliver your package directly to your door.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make the necessary arrangements to receive your order.
A.E.S. Foods cannot be held responsible for packages left outside for extended periods, as they may be exposed to elements that could damage perishables.

How to track your order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received, processed, and shipped. This email will be sent to the address provided during your order.
Additionally, you can track your order using a UPS tracking number, which will be emailed to you separately.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, for any reason, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. When appropriate we will replace your purchase or refund your money; whichever is applicable.

FAQ's
1. Can I have UPS leave my package if I won’t be home?
Yes, when you place your order, UPS will typically deliver your package to your door. You can add special instructions in the comments section just before checkout, such as “Leave on front porch/door.”
Alternatively, you can make arrangements with a neighbor or your rental apartment office to receive the package on your behalf.
We ensure that our meats and sausages are packed with enough cold Ice gel packs to withstand unexpected extreme hot weather conditions or delays of up to 48 hours.
Note: All meats/sausages should be refrigerated or frozen right away. We cannot be responsible if package is left out longer and thaws out to below required temperatures.
2. Is the meat/sausage good if it arrives thawed?
As long as the product is cool to touch it should be fine. If it is warm to touch please contact us right away.
